Job Description
Cyclo Monster is an expanding bike shop based in Derby which has been established for 7 years. We have a bricks and mortar shop and growing e-commerce department.
We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Workshop manager or experienced mechanic looking to develop into the role to join us in our busy workshop.
We are passionate about providing a great customer experience to our diverse customer base and knowledge of all bike types will be desirable. The position requires an excellent understanding of mechanical repairs as every job can be different, most importantly you will be passionate able providing a great customer experience and service.

Duties include:
Building bikes for stock
PDI's for all new & outgoing bikes
Bike repairs and servicing on all types of bikes
Shop floor sales and advice. Helping serve customers during busy times
Dealing with warranty repairs
Packaging of internet sales bikes

Pay: Salary is negotiable depending on experience.
Hours: Full time over 5 days to include most Saturdays and occasional Bank holidays.
You will need to have workshop experience building and repairing bikes to a high standard, and although experience in sales would be an advantage, it is not essential.
You must be capable of working on your own and be able to problem solve mechanical issues showing initiative and lateral thinking. You will be cheerful, friendly and enjoy interacting with customers in a professional and courteous manner and like working as part of a small team.
You will be computer, email and Microsoft Office literate and be able to keep paperwork and electronic records up to date.
Skills/Experience Required
At least 2 years experience of working in a bike workshop building and repairing bikes to a high standard
