Job Description
Cycle Mechanic / Manager
We are looking for an experienced Workshop Manager & Bicycle Mechanic with excellent customer service skills. The ideal candidate should be enthusiastic about cycling and have a good knowledge about the cycling industry.
We are not a bicycle retailer we are purely a workshop repairing and servicing bicycles for local residents and workers. This will include traditional bikes and ebikes.
Candidates must have at least 2years hands-on experience of servicing and repairing bicycles. Also, ideally an industry qualification e.g. Cytech or C&G.
The role will be dealing with customer queries, managing the workshop and hands-on repairs and servicing.
We have both part-time and fulltime roles, some weekend work will be required.
Skills/Experience Required
