Slide 2014 set to be bigger and better

Posted on in Outdoor News

Slide will return to the Telford International Centre, from 4th-6th February in 2014.

All the must-have brands will be showcasing their offering for A/W 2015, along with a rash of upstart brands aiming to take their place out there where it matters, on the snow, in the water, in the parks and on the street.

With the Alps already disappearing under a blanket of snow and the Scottish resorts opening up for the season, brands have been preparing for winter by signing up to attend the Slide tradeshow in early February.

Uptake has been strong, with 70 different companies, representing more than 200 different brands committed to attending Slide 2014. Organiser, Lesley Beck is up-beat, "More than 85% of the show has already been snapped up and puts us ahead of where we were this time last year. It's likely that the show will sell out, so I'd encourage brands that haven't yet confirmed, to book their spot while they still have a good choice of location."

Visitor registration is now live for Slide and retailers can sign up online to attend the show by visiting the website.

Who should attend?

  • Retailers interested in wintersports, actionsport, freesport and streetwear
  • Specialist ski and snowboard retailers
  • Specialist skateboard retailers
  • Specialist watersport retailers
  • Specialist outdoor retailers
  • Sport retailers
  • Media interested in the above sports and the lifestyles they inspire.
